For September 2006, our hats go off to the folks behind the Watershed Partnership Seminar:  the CALFED Watershed Program Team (John Lowrie, Dennis Bowker, Julie Alvis, and Dan Wermiel)! The Watershed Partnership Seminar provides an intense and exciting 2-week course to help people learn and improve the skills necessary to promote the growth and development of local partnerships. The next seminar is scheduled for October 10 – 20, 2006, at the Mission Inn in Riverside, CA. Good luck to the participants!
